Mass. Gen. Laws ch. 175, § 54A

Domestic companies; risks and hazards in other states

Any domestic company authorized to transact any of the kinds of business specified in the second clause of section forty-seven may, outside the commonwealth, make contracts of insurance insuring property of any kind or description against any and all risks of loss or damage.
