Mass. Gen. Laws ch. 176P, § 32A

Fraudulent alteration or concealment of records

Whoever with fraudulent intent alters, defaces, mutilates, destroys or conceals any record of a fraternal benefit society made by or in the custody of the secretary thereof shall be punished by a fine of not more than $1,000 or by imprisonment for not more than one year, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
