Mass. Gen. Laws ch. 183B, § 30

Financial records

A person who has a duty to make assessments for time-share expenses shall keep financial records sufficiently detailed to enable him to comply with section forty-two. All financial and other records shall be made reasonably available for examination by any time-share owner or his authorized agent.
