Public offering statements; time-share registered with securities exchange commission

If a time-share is currently registered with the securities and exchange commission of the United States, a developer satisfies all requirements of this chapter relating to the preparation of a public offering statement if he delivers to the purchaser a copy of the public offering statement filed with said securities and exchange commission.
