Registration of certificates of judgment in writs of dower and waste

If, in a writ of dower, judgment is entered confirming the report of the commissioners under section seven of chapter two hundred and thirty-eight, or if, in a writ of waste, judgment is entered that the plaintiff recover the place wasted, a certificate of the entry of such judgment may be registered as an encumbrance.
