Trustee's rights and powers over trust property

Known as the Massachusetts Uniform Custodial Trust Act

The act spans §§ 203–203 (19 sections).

(a) A custodial trustee, acting in a fiduciary capacity, shall have all the rights and powers over custodial trust property which an unmarried adult owner has over individually owned property, but a custodial trustee may exercise such rights and powers in a fiduciary capacity only.

(b) This section shall not relieve a custodial trustee from liability for a violation of section seven.
