Known as the Massachusetts Prudent Investor Act

The act spans §§ 203C-1 to 203C-9 (11 sections).

In investing and managing trust assets, a trustee shall incur only costs that are appropriate and reasonable in relation to the assets, the purpose of the trust, and the skills of the trustee.
