Distance of LNG tankers traveling by waterway from certain establishments

A LNG tanker shall have a 1,500 foot clearance along the shore, as it travels any Massachusetts waterway, from the hull to the nearest residential home, elderly housing complexes, schools, hospitals, health care facilities, businesses or developments.
