The officer in attendance upon the land court in Suffolk County shall receive from the commonwealth in full for all services performed by him such salary as shall be fixed by the judges of said court. Each officer in attendance upon the probate court in said county shall receive in full for all services performed by him such salary as shall be fixed by the judges of said court.
