Mass. Gen. Laws ch. 233, § 13D

Short title; construction of law

Sections thirteen A to thirteen C, inclusive, may be cited as the uniform law to secure the attendance of witnesses from without a state in criminal proceedings, and shall be so interpreted and construed as to effectuate their general purpose to make uniform the law of the states which enact similar laws.
