(a) The following offices shall be within the office of travel and tourism: the Massachusetts film office, which shall be the official and lead agency to facilitate motion picture production and development in the commonwealth, and the Massachusetts sports partnership, which shall be the official and lead agency to facilitate and attract major sports events and championships in the commonwealth. All reports shall be made available on the office of travel and tourism's website.
