Mass. Gen. Laws ch. 23D, § 29

Report to governor

The director shall report annually to the governor and file a copy thereof with the clerk of the house of representatives and the clerk of the senate and the advisory council on the work of the program. Such report shall include the number of people served at each center, the type of services received, the number of people placed in employment, training and educational programs and follow-up data on such programs, and the cost effectiveness of center programs.
