Mass. Gen. Laws ch. 56, § 47

Disobeying election, caucus or primary officers

Whoever wilfully disobeys any lawful command of an election, caucus or primary officer shall be punished by a fine of not more than one hundred dollars or by imprisonment for not more than one month.
