Mass. Gen. Laws ch. 6, § 74

MassAbility; establishment; expenditure of funds

There shall be a commission for persons with disabilities to be known as MassAbility, in this section and in sections seventy-five to eighty-four, inclusive, called the commission. The commission shall cooperate with all federal agencies in the administration of 29 USC 720, relating to the rehabilitation of persons with disabilities, and may expend, subject to appropriation, such state, federal or other funds as are available for the rehabilitation, employment, and independent living needs of persons with disabilities.
