Mass. Gen. Laws ch. 78, § 5

Right to receive legislative documents

Each law library association shall be entitled to receive from the sergeant-at-arms, immediately after their publication, one copy of the volume of the legislative documents of the senate and house, the journal of the senate and the journal of the house.
