Mass. Gen. Laws ch. 83, § 13

The supreme judicial court and the superior court shall have jurisdiction in equity to restrain the unlawful use of common sewers or the placing or depositing of materials therein or the violation of regulations regarding the use thereof made under section ten, and to enforce the provisions of sections five to seven, inclusive.
