Mass. Gen. Laws ch. 83, § 1F

In carrying out the provisions of sections 1A to 1E, inclusive, a municipality shall not discriminate against any person on the grounds of race, color, marital status, physical disability, age, sex, sexual orientation, religion, ancestry or national origin in any manner prohibited by federal or state law.
