Commercial motor carriers prohibited from operating in interstate commerce by federal agency

Known as the Uniform Aircraft Financial Responsibility Act

The act spans §§ 90–90 (287 sections).

The registrar shall refuse to register, and shall suspend or revoke if already registered, a commercial motor vehicle if the registrar has received notice, in any form that the registrar deems appropriate, including electronic transmissions, that the commercial motor carrier attempting to register a commercial motor vehicle has been prohibited from operating in interstate commerce by a federal agency with authority to do so under federal law.
