Entry on premises of inspection stations; examination of records

Known as the Uniform Aircraft Financial Responsibility Act

The act spans §§ 90–90 (287 sections).

The registrar, the commissioner, or their designees, may enter any licensed inspection station, or fleet inspection station, during regular business hours and may examine any records of such station for the purpose of enforcing the provisions of sections seven A, seven N, seven V and seven W. The commissioner shall establish procedures for the enforcement of the rules and regulations established under section one hundred and forty-two J of chapter one hundred and eleven of the General Laws.
