Identification cards for persons not possessing motor vehicle licenses; cancellation

Known as the Uniform Aircraft Financial Responsibility Act

The act spans §§ 90–90 (287 sections).

When used in reference to an identification card ''cancellation'' means that an identification card is terminated without prejudice and shall be surrendered. Cancellation of a card may be made when such card has been issued through error when voluntarily surrendered to the registrar.
