Mass. Gen. Laws ch. 91, § 24

Except as is provided in section six, all moneys received in payment for tide water displaced and for rights and privileges granted in tide water land of the commonwealth and in the commonwealth's land in great ponds, under licenses and permits granted under this chapter for structures and other work, shall be paid into the General Fund.
