Mass. Gen. Laws ch. 93, § 28D

Violations of Secs. 28A to 28C; penalties

Whoever violates any provision of sections twenty-eight A to twenty-eight C, inclusive, or section twenty-eight F, shall be punished by a fine of not more than one hundred dollars or by imprisonment for not more than thirty days, or both, and each day on which a sale is conducted in violation of any of said provisions shall constitute a separate offence.
