Any person who hinders, obstructs or interferes with the department of public health, local boards of health, the director of standards, local sealers of weights and measures, or their authorized agents, in the performance of their duties under section two hundred and forty-nine A, shall be punished by a fine of not less than one hundred nor more than one thousand dollars or by imprisonment for not less than one month nor more than one year, or both.
