Mass. Gen. Laws ch. 94, § 295M

Conflicts with other laws

Whenever the application of any provision of any other law of this commonwealth conflicts with the application of any provision of sections two hundred and ninety-five A to two hundred and ninety-five O, inclusive, said sections shall prevail.
