If any provision of said sections two hundred and ninety-five A to two hundred and ninety-five O, inclusive, or the application of such provision to any person or circumstance, shall be held invalid, the remainder of said sections, or the application of such provision to any person or circumstance other than that as to which it is held invalid, shall not be affected thereby.
