Mass. Gen. Laws ch. 94, § 65R

Penalties for violation of Secs. 65G to 65Q

Whoever violates any provision of sections sixty-five G to sixty-five Q, inclusive, or of any rule or regulation made under authority thereof, shall for the first offense be punished by a fine of not less than fifteen nor more than five hundred dollars, or by imprisonment for not more than six months, and for each subsequent offense by a fine of not less than fifty nor more than one thousand dollars, or by imprisonment for not more than six months, or both.
