Md. Code Ann., Alco. Bev. & Cannabis § 16-803

(a) There is:

(1) a Class B beer and wine 6–day license; and

(2) a Class B beer and wine 7–day license.

(b) The license authorizes the license holder to sell beer and wine at a hotel or restaurant, at retail, at the place described in the license, for on– and off–premises consumption.

(c) The annual license fees are:

(1) $160 for a 6–day license; and

(2) $1,000 for a 7–day license.
