Md. Code Ann., Alco. Bev. & Cannabis § 2-168

(a) Before a licensed manufacturer may engage in delivering beer directly to a consumer in the State, the manufacturer shall be issued a direct beer delivery permit.

(b) Before a licensed manufacturer may engage in delivering liquor directly to a consumer in the State, the manufacturer shall be issued a direct liquor delivery permit.
