Md. Code Ann., Bus. Occ. & Prof. § 7-402

Known as the Maryland Foresters Act

The act spans §§ 7–7 (33 sections).

Before a licensed forester issues to any person any plan, map, specification, or report, the licensed forester who prepared or approved the document shall endorse on the document the licensed forester’s:

(1) name;

(2) registration number; and

(3) seal.
