Md. Code Ann., Bus. Occ. & Prof. § 8-404

Known as the Maryland Certified Interior Designers Act

The act spans §§ 8-101 to 8-602 (34 sections).

(a) Each certified interior designer shall obtain a seal for use as required under § 8-403 of this subtitle.

(b) The seal shall:

(1) be of a design determined by the Board; and

(2) include:

(i) the legend “certified interior designer”; and

(ii) the name of the certified interior designer who holds the seal.
