Md. Code Ann., Com. Law § 12-408

Known as the Maryland Secondary Mortgage Loan Law

The act spans §§ 12–12 (20 sections).

A lender may not refinance a loan more often than:

(1) Once during any twelve-month period of the loan; and

(2) Twice during any five-year period of the loan.
