(a) In this subtitle the following words have the meanings indicated.
(b) “Act” means the federal Appalachian Regional Development Act of 1965.
(c) “Commission” means the federal Appalachian Regional Commission.
(d) “Program” means the federal Appalachian Regional Development Program.
