(a) In this subtitle the following words have the meanings indicated.
(b) “Board” means the Partnership for Workforce Quality Advisory Board.
(c) “Fund” means the Partnership for Workforce Quality Fund.
(d) “Program” means the Partnership for Workforce Quality Program.
