Md. Code Ann., Elec. Law § 11-303.2

Subject to § 11–302(d)(3)(ii) of this subtitle, if a local board receives more than one ballot from the same individual, the local board shall:

(1) count the first ballot from the individual that the local board determines is legally sufficient; and

(2) reject any other ballot.
