Md. Code Ann., Envir. § 13-303

Known as the Maryland Well Drillers Act

The act spans §§ 13–13 (32 sections).

To apply for a license, an applicant shall:

(1) Submit an application to the Board on the form that the Board requires; and

(2) Pay to the Board an application fee set by the Board.
