Md. Code Ann., Fin. Inst. § 6-611

Known as the Maryland Credit Union Act

The act spans §§ 6–6 (90 sections).

A credit union may not make a loan to any person except:

(1) A member of the credit union;

(2) Another credit union; or

(3) A credit union service organization.
