Md. Code Ann., Fin. Inst. § 6-809

Known as the Maryland Credit Union Act

The act spans §§ 6–6 (90 sections).

(a) A credit union may require not more than 60 days’ notice of a member’s intention to withdraw from a share account or deposit account.

(b) A requirement imposed under subsection (a) of this section shall:

(1) Apply to all members of the credit union; and

(2) Be included in each member’s account agreement.
