Known as the Maryland Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act

The act spans §§ 21-201 to 21-263 (58 sections).

For purposes of this subtitle, an advertisement for a food, drug, device, or cosmetic is considered to be false if it is false or misleading in any way.
