Md. Code Ann., Lab. & Empl. § 3-709

An employee has the duties and rights set forth:

(1) with respect to jury service in a circuit court of this State, in Title 8 of the Courts Article; and

(2) with respect to jury service in a federal court, in 28 U.S.C. § 1861 et seq.
