Md. Code Ann., Lab. & Empl. § 8.3-203

Known as the Maryland Unemployment Insurance Law

The act spans §§ 8–8 (240 sections).

(a) An employee’s right to benefits under this title may not be diminished by a collective bargaining agreement or by an employer policy.

(b) An agreement to waive the employee’s rights under this title is void as against public policy.
