Md. Code Ann., Lab. & Empl. § 9-749

Known as the Maryland Workers’ Compensation Act

The act spans §§ 9–9 (244 sections).

If a court determines that the ground for an appeal is not a reasonable ground, the court shall assess against the appellant the whole cost of appeal, including reasonable attorney’s fees.
