Md. Code Ann., State Fin. & Proc. § 2-701

In this subtitle, “ethnic affairs unit” means:

(1) the Commission on African American History and Culture;

(2) the Commission on Indian Affairs; and

(3) the Office of Asian–Pacific American Affairs.
