(a) The Division shall compile and edit:
(1) the Code of Maryland Regulations; and
(2) as a temporary supplement, the Maryland Register.
(b) Subject to the limitations in this subtitle, the Administrator is responsible for the publication and distribution of the Code of Maryland Regulations and the Register.
