Md. Code Ann., Tax-Prop. § 7-251

Property is not subject to property tax if the property:

(1) is owned by The Hagerstown Multi–Use Sports and Events Facility, Inc.; and

(2) is used primarily for public social, recreational, and entertainment purposes.
