Uniformity of interpretation; title

Known as the Uniform Declaratory Judgments Act

The act spans §§ 5951 to 5963 (13 sections).

This chapter shall be so interpreted and construed as to effectuate their general purpose to make uniform the law of those states which enact them, and to harmonize, as far as possible, with federal laws and regulations on the subject of declaratory judgments and decrees; and may be cited as the "Uniform Declaratory Judgments Act." <div
