Me. Rev. Stat. tit. 14, § 6454

Change of residence

In the event of a subsequent change of residence on the part of any person so declared to be a citizen of this State, said court shall have jurisdiction and authority upon complaint therefor and like proceedings had to make a judicial declaration of such change of residence, and decree that the former judgment entered in such case shall thereafter be of no force and effect. <div
