Me. Rev. Stat. tit. 17-A, § 209

Criminal threatening

PL 1975, c. 499, §1 (NEW).

1. A person is guilty of criminal threatening if he intentionally or knowingly places another person in fear of imminent bodily injury.

2. Criminal threatening is a Class D crime.
