Class II licenses

PL 1987, c. 45, §A4 (NEW)

1. Types of liquor which may be sold. A Class II licensee may sell spirits to be consumed on the premises where sold.

2. Fees. The fees for a Class II license are as follows:

3. Eligible premises. The following premises are eligible to obtain a Class II license:

A. Airline corporations;

B. Auditoriums;

B-1. Bowling centers;

C. Civic auditoriums;

D. Class A restaurants;

E. Clubs with catering privileges;

E-1. Curling centers;

F.

F-1. Disc golf courses;

G. Golf courses;

H. Hotels;

H-1. Indoor golf centers;

I. Indoor ice skating centers;

J. Indoor racquet centers;

J-1. Outdoor stadiums;

J-2. Outdoor golf centers;

K. Performing arts centers;

K-1. Pool halls;

L. Qualified catering services;

L-1. Railroad corporations; and

M. Vessel corporations.
