Class IV licenses

PL 1987, c. 45, §A4 (NEW)

1. Types of liquor which may be sold. A Class IV licensee may sell malt liquor to be consumed on the premises where sold.

2. Fees. The fees for a Class IV license are as follows:

B. Auditoriums;

B-1. Bowling centers;

B-2. Bed and breakfasts;

C. Civic auditoriums;

D. Class A restaurants;

E. Clubs with catering privileges;

F-1. Disc golf courses;

G. Golf courses;

H. Hotels;

H-1. Indoor golf centers;

I. Indoor ice skating centers;

J. Indoor racquet centers;

J-1. Outdoor golf centers;

K. Outdoor stadiums;

L. Performing arts centers;

L-1. Pool halls;

M. Qualified catering services;

M-1. Railroad corporations;

N. Restaurants;

O. Taverns; and

P.

Q. Vessel corporations.
