Appointment

Known as the Maine Pharmacy Act

The act spans §§ 13701 to 13849-C (108 sections).

The Governor shall appoint the members of the board. Prior to appointing any pharmacist as a member of the board, the Governor may solicit recommendations of candidates from the Maine Pharmacy Association and other pharmaceutical organizations as appropriate.
